Self-hatred

Wow! This piece just blew my mind away, it is so moving. This work shows a lot about what might be going on inside the artist's or the subject's head. It's beautiful and I feel like the two faces are the faces of the girl in the picture, but she hates one of them, thus the title: Self-hatred. The work is amazing and the black and white contrast shows that the girl's life is dull, or all black and white. The fact that her head is blocking the second head may mean that she' starting to hide the other personality. The lines everywhere also give a sort of movement to the picture, like she's trying to break through something. Everything is so well drawn, and the facial expressions give a melancholy feel to the piece. This also shows that the artist has much skill, and a lot to show the world.
